There is an old saying which relates to so many issues in life and in this case the down swing : "It is all common sense after some one tells you.” Excellent information. In one of your downswing, videos you mentioned in passing the feel of your back "facing" the target for as long as possible with passive arms . I find that I get to my left side doing this well, and taking divots with my irons and hybrids past the ball, and catching the ball really thin a lot less (only 2 today in a round of 83-- threw away a couple of shots chipping to a front pin).

I don’t do the step drill and chair drill enough. It seems that when I do, then I play well, and when I don’t (get lazy), my game drops off. Thanks great reminder to keep working at it. Also, your best impact on me was how the wrist work lesson. The challenge is just getting concepts to stick when playing.

I like these very much they are great I look like a beast on the range. I can go through my bag a bit every club effectively but! I would like to see you take this concept and show how it can be applied to different lies. Up hill lies are a problem because gravity is really fighting against the forward shift . Also side hill lies above and below your feet are challenging. I’m very frustrated because I can do this pretty well on the flat range but I am having trouble bringing it to the course with all the different angles

You just can’t apply the same level of force on slopes. You have to be incredibly strong to do so. Most people just take and extra club and swing in more control

Great video so thank you. A problem i have is with the timing of the pressure down to front foot & also going too early with the front leg straightening & pushing up & backwards. I try to count to myself '1' is the backswing & then '2' is the downswing with move forward & pressure down into lead foot then '3' is full finish with chest & belt buckle facing target as a tempo timing mechanism for my swing. Sometimes being to eager i go straight into downswing by a straightening lead leg pushng backwards & hips turning probably too early. The hardest thing for me to do is the downswing squat & pressure down move before i straighten & push back my lead leg. Any suggestions how to make this move to always be the 1st move down?. Also is your turning body pulling your arms down or should I concentrate on feeling my body turn & my arms are working in unison together in downswing? (Edit...i have just watched a previous video of yours on how to make the downswing easy & you answered my question on the body & hands in the downswing ie. clubhead being behind the hands & body in downswing)

Yes exactly like that other video says. Also watch the backswing footwork video as that will teach you how to set yourself up correctly. If you’re struggling with the weight transfer then chances are you’re shifting too late
