I have that headset and Im having some issues with the volume control, when is lower than 55 its like 0 because I cant hear nothing and when its between 88 and 96 is like having max volume, is this happening to you?
I got a pair today and there is zero artifacting on changing EQ settings. There were a couple updates to the software. The LED does also turn off now so it appears they have already fixed both these issues.

I did test the mic but I didn't include it in the video because it doesn't sound near the quality of my Rode NTG5 that I use in my videos
At first I thought it was an update to the Roccat Elo Air but apparently not I do hate how Swarm 2 isn't compatible with my Elo Air tbh .... I guess I'm stuck with Swarm 1 aka the buggiest software ever made
