I don't have the mq76, so can't really give an exact answer. But as far as I know, the main different is just the dial design (indices) and the hands style.

It is. Casio has many factory locations, and budget models are now mainly made in China. Having a stamped "made in ..." also will not guarantee if it's original, since it is easy to fake. The best way to prevent getting fake ones is by purchasing from reputable or official dealer :)

Technically, yes. But sometimes the replacement strap is hard to find, or maybe it costs almost the same as the watch price.
