You clearly never saw Katarina on arena release with Runcarver. 100k dmg over the game with that single item was common :D

personally most broken thing I saw or should i say played was golden spatula swain, with augments that heal you every time you use an abbility, and one that gives you infinite abbility haste stacking and lastly i had dragonheart that gave me ocean soul for infinite mana. I also had rune carver for dmg and then went full tank. Id just be sitting there constantly healing with 400 abbility haste perma ult on and rune carver dealing like 70k dmg.
