Where is the most beautiful place in Denmark? I bet you didn't know the small seaside town of Gilleleje located in the top of Sjælland.

Smashing video! We lived for six years next to a boatyard that looked very similar to the one you showed and I used to run through it each morning, so that brought back memories. And your visit to the church attic was chilling. The story about the Jewish children who survived by hiding in the highest part while the Gestapo took the rest away, quite something. Thank you for showing us your town, Frederic!

Hi Frederick Your video is informative, sincere, witty and helpful. Thank you for the video. I live in Cape Town and I would like to visit Gilleleje soon. I want to cycle the R33 route to Hillerød from Gilleleje and then come back by train.

Nordic countries are definitely in my top ten favorite countries where I want to live and visit (after the Netherlands & Germany) despite the wrōng things that they do (fishing / selling unsuitable items etc) which are very depressing (only plant-based products should be consumed, and only 2nd hand items that are a true necessity and suitable should be bought) etc, and I know that no country is perfect, unfortunately, but I try not to let it change my mind about wanting to live there and visit, as Germanic countries are still better than most other countries, so the pros outweigh the cons, and I noticed that there is a lot more green nature there than houses / buildings, and they are clean countries (compared to most other countries) and the quality of life is so high (living in Nordic / Germanic countries feels like a real luxury) there, so Germanic / Nordic countries are a great option for me, plus they seem very quiet / peaceful and very safe, and ppl seem to mind their own thing and seem to have consideration for others’ personal space in all Germanic countries that I’ve seen / read about so far, so this is great for someone with OCD who could never live in other types of countries where ppl tend to try touching / hugging strangers out of the blue!

And also because of the languages, because all Germanic / Nordic languages are just so pretty with almost only very pretty and pretty words, so I want to learn all of them, and I am advanced level in Dutch and intermediate level in Norwegian / Swedish at the moment, and I can even understand a lot of Danish because it is very close to Norwegian, so I would have no issues reading labels and ordering foods / stuff etc off wss from any of those countries or buying food from the supermarket! I am also learning Icelandic and the other Nordic / Germanic languages and planning to get to a higher level in German / Norwegian / French before I get moved to the Netherlands, which is actually very close to Norway / Sweden / Denmark and it’s at the border with Germany and Belgium, so I will be able to visit all those countries whenever I want! So I always watch videos with subtitles that are available in Germanic languages and French etc, and luckily most travel videos seem to have subs in some of the Nordic languages and German and French etc, so I can usually learn about the countries where I want to live / visit and also learn new words in languages that I’m trying to learn!

Dejlige Gilleleje😍 og god film. ser den med dansk tekst på og elsker, at den oversætter krabber med lort 😄 sådan så folk i Gilleleje konkurerer med deres lort, ja så så er de lidt underlige i Gilleleje 😃
