The Most Beautiful ENGLISH villages in the COTSWOLDS - Part 2
Some of the most beautiful villages can be found in the Cotswolds, England. This guide shows you MORE of the most beautiful villages in the Cotswolds and historical properties from this pretty part of England.
In part 2 of the travel guide we visit, Bourton on the Water, Slaughters, Stow on the Wold, Broadway Tower and much more!
We start in Bourton on the Water this stunning village has been described as the little Venice of the Cotswolds. There is plenty to see, eat and do including Birdland, a small bird zoo with a collection of penguins, a model railway, perfumery and factory and our highlight the Cotswolds Motor and Toy museum.
Bourton on the water goo.gl/maps/mbsqkSwp2RqAf1Nc6
Cotswold Motor Museum goo.gl/maps/gPVm4bm65PQVC8cC9
The Slaughters are two cute villages sometimes missed by visitors and are the jewel in the crown of the area.
Lower Slaughter has some lovely walks and this peaceful location boasts some of the most picture-perfect cottages and photogenic locations in the Cotswolds. The old mill is a highlight dating back to the 10th century and offers tours, a cafe and a craft shop.
goo.gl/maps/tCHAz7agikW6sB8J8
Upper Slaughter is a real sleepy village a mile from Lower Slaughter and linked by the river. You can walk along the river between the two villages it takes about 25 minutes, but it can be muddy if the weather has been bad.
goo.gl/maps/dFJGY75EG8fCfVZL7
We said it was Moreton-in-Mash Mistake it was actually.
Chipping Campden
This glorious market town. It is notable for its elegant terraced High Street, dating from the 14th century to the 17th century
goo.gl/maps/GMNjt981WHgbUJvN7
Broadway Tower
Historic folly, by Capability Brown, with exhibitions and links to the Arts and Craft Movement. Great for a walk around and stunning views over the rolling hills of the Cotswolds.

I really admire those people who are living there while maintaining the cleanliness and beauty of the nature. Those people deserve such beautiful place like Cotswolds.
Loved this videos man. Keep it up. Having grown in middle class family in crowded Indian slums, places like these are paradises for me that I’ll never get to visit in my life

Bourton-on-the-Water, with all that history, those scrumptious looking bakery and tea shops, with that gorgeous rushing water, wow wow wow. Yes the Slaughters, I agree the houses there, the way they followed the curve of the stream, with that Cotswold stone, very beautiful. Definitely have to book our trip o'there

This was absolutely lovely. In 2011, my husband and I had a private guide take us essentially to all of the beautiful places you outlined here, after we took the train up from Paddington. Hello Jeffrey lovely to hear you found us and are enjoying our videos many of which are in the U.K. Lots to catch up on, and we hope new inspiration for another visit. Many of them are accessible by train quite quickly if you do end up in London again. Canterbury, Winchester, York (2 hours) to name but a few. A car to head further like the Cotswolds is a good bet, but probably best to avoid June, July and August as the busiest times of year, if you can. All the best!

good to know you can hop on at Paddington and wind your way to Moreton in the Marsh, also there is a bus that goes from St Pancras and past Euston all the way to Paddington for £1.55, I can't remember the bus number maybe 206. All, genuinely all villages within 10, 20 and most within 30 miles radius of Broadway Tower are worth a look, I've often pondered a train trip. I stayed near Stratford a few months ago and wandered around and the little country lanes all lead to pleasant quiet pretty backwaters, I also stayed in Paddington and that weren't too bad either (sorry slightly of tack but it's true, Paddington is a cool area near Hyde Park, technically I was in 'Tyburnia')

So nice to read, glad the videos are helpful.
Ever since I was a small child I was interested in British history, country, and basically everything British. My family always thought I was weird (actually I thought I was also) but a few years ago I got a dna test as a gift and it turned out that my ancestry is majority British followed by Scottish and then Irish. I was blown away because I thought since my mom’s family was German (didn’t know who my biological father was) that it would dominate my dna, it didn’t.😳 Maybe that explains my fascination.(?) Anyway, I always wanted to visit there, as does my eldest daughter, but just never got the chance and now I’m not physically capable of that kind of travel. Your videos are a delight for me because I can see so many things/places I’ve read and heard about.👍 Thank you, much appreciated! I also shared your channel with my daughter.☺️
