I grew up as a Christian but have been very interested in Islam since childhood. I don't know why that is. But whenever I hear the call to prayer without understanding a single word, I get goosebumps all over my body and feel inner peace. No church, no Christian prayer has ever made me feel like this.

Some Hinduism beliefs are superb, although because it is a religion that spanned many centuries, some of its schools of thought or religious texts I don't sympathise with. The Advaita school of thought in Hinduism, like Buddhism, says that all forms are permeated by or are expressions of the universal soul. All is one. Therefore, my belief in a statue representing the universal soul is as valid as your belief in facing Mecca when you pray. These belief divisions are nonsense, and each person must worship in the way they prefer.
