Every hero is "balanced" When no one counter it

He's clearly far ahead at this point so it's not really about balance and even so, yes he survived a full onslaught by the enemy team but it's not like he got a rampage or even close.

When you go to Dota counter pick sites it is the most common counter for every hero in the game! Him and Naga siren

Yeah, this is a 30 second clip of a game where topson's clearly ahead given he has vanguard aghs and shroud at 25 mins, it's less about "omg what an op hero" and more "look what you can do with this hero if you play well and get a good lead. So many of these dota clips are presented without context as if "just play this hero and you auto win"

Yes this is balanced, you don't gain 3-7 level gaps and be destroyed, you get 3-7 level gaps so you can 1v5 or tank all the damage. It's the other team's fault that they did not build a counter item or picked a counter hero. Classic League players be like this game is not balanced but in reality the farming in DOTA takes a lot of time and earning that amount of exp and getting ahead of anyone in terms of level will playoff well, there is literally an attribute for each hero to ensure that leveling will payoff.

that champ just looks like blitzcrank but its ability is in reserve it hooks itself to the target instead of hooking the target to itself

This hero is 10x more advanced than Blitzcrank. And he can only "hook" to trees. There's another hero that can hook a target to him.

Aghs, makes reactive armor active and makes it generate shield based on how many enemies are nearby.
