Yeah man the mod is called Blood And Madness. It's pretty cool and you can make some hunter weapons like the Saw Cleaver and Hunter Axe And Gehrman's Scythe I think

I think it's 3 monsters , the black shadow is from the witches of hemwick boss fight , the cathedral ward enemies are there , and the silver beast from nightmare

Definitely going good with Captain Sparklez series of it. Only thing is it was a bit slow paced at the start, but it's getting there

It would be nice if melee weapons had some range though, and I wish the dodge roll wasn’t a quest ability, it’s definitely got some tuning up to do

the new version: "dawncraft - echoes of legends" has a builtin map/ minimap

Cool modpack is concept, but flawed in design. The merging of linear questing and randomized world generation doesn't mix well, and when paired with its' abysmal balancing? No thanks.

I downloaded it and started a new world, spawned in a village and was immediately being attacked by warriors and ravagers, by the time I finished loading in I was already almost dead. Minecraft packs like this that have very specific conditions you have to meet or you get punished for doing normal things really need to figure out how to control world gen/rng a little more before they release. Also I just can't get past the animations, they look terrible. Uninstalled it immediately

I recommend downloading the boss music mod for dragon and wither and getting the talking eye. It started roasting the dragon. Calling it pathetic and weak while in sync with the boss music

I popped open this thing with my PC, 12GB ram dedicated to this thing it crashes every thirty seconds. This has only happended with Alexes caves versuon 1.0 and shaders. I'm honestly impressed.

Its a great mod pack but it has alot of problems such as the maps that lead to the main storyline are often bugged and don’t work and the blood and madness upgrade workbench doesn’t work

Basically RLcraft but with lore and logical gameplay

Not even close unfortunately, all the elements are there for a great modpack but it falls short. Its not optimized at all, so the combat ends up sucking because it constantly lagging. Good luck trying to run a server with this pack. Everything, and I mean EVERYTHING, is locked behind progression mechanics to inflate the playtime. And its not balanced at all.

@@chronovore7234 i feel the lag is there just because Shivaxi wants to frustrate the player even more. Remember, the whole point of rlc is to frustrate the player, and lag is a really good way of doing that too

@@M1551NGN0 In the lastest versions of rlcraft most of the lag is gone, it runs great compared to how it use to. I watched quite a few of shivaxi's streams and he spent a lot of time optimizing.

I think this modpack was way too focused on giving you things to progress towards beyond what should've just been baseline QoL in order to survive the harsh climate of the mod. Dodgerolling should not have been locked behind killing Pillagers due to Vindicators having 0 interactivity to fight in melee without the dodgeroll, and then making repairing equipment locked behind a bunch of other quests/an rng chance to find a blacksmith giving quests is even further taxing on just getting started with a pack that's designpurpose is *supposed* to be getting you to explore on large journeys, instead forcing you to grind just to get on your feet.
