Welcome to my Kano Durbar Festival VLOG. I joined my friends at The Heritage Hub to #XploreKano during the Sallah holiday and in this VLOG are little cuts of our entire experience which I documented for them in another separate video. You can watch that at www.theheritagehub.com/
From visiting Dala Hill, Kurmi Market, Gidan Makama Museum, Gidan Dan Hausa Museum, The Emir's Palace and attending the Durbar Festival. The Kano Durbar Festival being the highlight of this #XploreKano trip holds for two days, the first day being at the Emir's palace which we attended and the second day, on the streets of Kano Nigeria, where the entire Durbar procession takes over the ancient city making it the largest durbar in Nigeria.
The #XploreKano was an experience aimed at learning about our history and culture.
