Judiciary is the major problem of this country

The judiciary is partial here. In as much as Gandolar could remove Sanusi without all these higi haga, then the current governor shouldn’t have any issues removing the emir and reinstating sanusi.

Rubbish explanation. What due process does he want the governor to follow? The governor did not appoint a new Emir. He only revert to status quo after the law was repealed. So Sanusi goes back to his stool. Simple!

The problem is that no one is normal anymore in Nigeria 😅😅

I think we need somebody like Abacha to rule Nigeria, I mean Nigeria needs military rule as we’re not ripe nor ready for Democracy . This is a real joke. Confusion confusion everywhere. Wrong interpretation of the law, building and destroying properties. Very sad.

Till judiciary receive endsars treatments those in charge of judiciary will not change

Sound mind well spoken, this the kind of brains we need at judiciary, but does judiciary has it own laws guiding them? Because these so many up and down rulings that get Nigerians more confusing, or are they want to set the country on fire with their interpretations?

Your advice to Kano state govt, in my own opinion I feel it's late. Can due process take while the case is in court? Please enlighten me on it. Thanks for the explanation

Dr. Abati was off today. Wrong interpretation of what adjectival law means, and even the Mischief Rule for statutory interpretation.

@user-hj9qj4td7q Okay maybe two years ago they removed Sanusi claiming he was a danger to the govnt. Sanusiwas legitimate ,but he agreed to step aside and then his uncle succeeded him. The way I see it the weight of the court is limited in traditional affairs of the country. The court may be Illegitimate challenger to the Thrown when the original person agreed to step aside of their own volition. Let's see what happens in the next few weeks.

Abati doesn't seem to understand the actual meaning of the Mischief Rule of interpretation.

Speaking in strict legal terms, status quo does not need to be specially defined and means the state of things before the action or step being challenged was taken. In my view, Justice Liman was right to pronounce all actions or steps taken in violation of his live interim order, void. This is a matter of simple logic.

Repeal of old law does not translate to dethronement and new enthronement

Where did the judge derived his powers?he doesn't have the powers to nullify the appointment of an Emir .

You are wrong, we won't allow those in Abuja to destabilize the system by dictating from Abuja like the way they did in the tribunal. We are watching Kano and Rivers, the two giant opposition.

Adubayaro or what should go and sit down. The govt simply reverse the injustice done to Sanusi by removing him at first place. He has taken over his dully throne full stop
