8:58 wow, I have many many questions here, like how do you cook a lich? This is like barbecue, slow broil, or do you stick him in a medieval microwave 😀😃? Okay, and then what does he taste like after you cook him? and don't say it taste like chicken 😀😄... I'm dying here with this one 😆😁.

The book says their flavor is "Dry bones and scorched flesh". If you eat one, you need to make a save vs. death or die. If you pass the save you get +2 INT (permanent) and if you are a spell caster you learn a new spell.
