I love Steve Tyler, but Liv’s mother made the absolute right decision. Steve Tyler could hardly take care of himself in those days much less a child. He readily admits to his addictions and bad behavior back then. If LIV had been made to try to have a relationship with him then, I doubt they would have one now. Better that she came to know him after he got in better shape. I wish that family nothing but love and happiness.!!!!

I was a huge fan. He lived in New York. My girlfriend and I left flowers and a note. We were so excited as we watched him pick up the flowers and read the note. Ah the joys of being Sixteen.

Absolute Bombshell Beauty. Glad she wasn't hanging around him in the 60's, 70's 80's and however long it was.

Steven definitely cannot deny Liv as his daughter. She looks just like him.

I was led to believe that Bebe intimated to Todd that Liv was "probably" his, and he was deeply hurt when Liv and Steven "found" each other, as Liv had thought Todd was her father. Side note, when my husband and I ran into our son's bio dad, bio dad came straight up to my husband and shook his hand, thanking him for raising my son (as he never had the emotional ability to).

I Have Seen her only in One Movie “ Armageddon “, , Her Bio Fathers song was in it, She played A great part… I Can’t remember any other movie’s or Music. Her 1/2 , sister does well being a model…

That's such a Beautiful Real Life Story. I'm happy for both Live and Steven Tyler for being able to connect. What Emotions she must've gone through! I'm a Big fan of both Steven Tyler & Aerosmith (I was a Singer in the 70' & 80's and I sang Aerosmith Songs) and Todd Rundgren. I saw Todd in Cincinnati Ohio in 1989. I saw Aerosmith at Woodstock 94 in Upstate New York. Both were better than I could have ever Imagined Live in Concert!

But the money and fame involved is a nice lure. And honestly....the fantasy seems strong in her. Like....the "sparkle" between them. She has a fantasy of what their bond is. Because she was looking for that bond with her bio. She didn't think about the man who raised her cause when they got to know each other she didn't want the rules and dad figure.

He probably was afraid Steven Tyler could hurt her at the time being not in a good place ect but he was unselfish and a great caring father. Hang on... I read somewhere that Liv saw her half-sister, Mia, and guessed that they were related, that's how she knew that Steven was her father.

It's funny I got sent this short after watching the deep dive on Steven Tyler. Yeah, it must be magical meeting a father who sniff lines of coke next to a 16-year-old that he has wardship over that he forced to have a 5-month abortion after she survived the house fire that his friends possibly set, magical....

I mean...bebe used as well...but she got over it easily. It wasnt addiction, it wasnt the same. And she made the right decision.
