Ingredients: 115g unsalted butter, melted 100g granulated sugar 100g light brown sugar 2 medium eggs 1tsp vanilla 125ml milk 180g plain flour 1tsp bicarbonate of soda 1tsp cinnamon (optional) ¼tsp salt 3 large bananas 1) Preheat your oven to 180°C/ Gas Mark 4/ 160°C (fan) 2) Line a 3lb loaf tin with baking paper. 3) Whisk the melted butter and both sugars together until combined. 4) Add the eggs and vanilla and whisk until combined. 5) Add the milk and whisk until combined. 6) Add the flour, bicarbonate of soda, cinnamon (optional) and salt and fold them in. 7) Mash the bananas in a bowl. 8) Add the mashed banana to the mix and fold it in. 9) Pour the mix into your loaf tin. 10) Bake for 50 minutes until a toothpick comes out with moist crumbs. 11) Enjoy!

I just finished baking it and it turned out to be sooo good! It's such a great recipe, the cake was really moist and fluffy and i added walnuts for a slight crunch, thanks a ton!

Who would throws those gems away? I had banana recently that were not eddible to my mom so I made an oatmeal chocolate chip banana bread with them instead. Ate the last of it today yum.

I recommend adding applesauce into the bowl too! That’s what my mother and I use for our banana bread recipe and it makes it really soft and moist!❤❤

The final result looks perfect.

Just made it and its now in the oven! This recipe is definitely one of the best. I have one of your cook books and i absolutely love it! Can't wait to buy the new one when it come out! ❤️
