Hi Paul, I am from Singapore. I bought my long awaited M1 Denim on sale, I got a size 32 but realised it's too big for me. Waited quite some time for the international shipping but realised I should stick to my tts size 32 even though it is non stetcheable. I was not allowed to change the exact same denim to return it for store credits and get a size 31 instead due to it being a sale item as informed by the support eml I received. Kinda heartbroken, I don't understand why they can't do a simple exchange of sizes. I will be paying international shipping to return and also to get another even with store credits reimbursement which I don't mind paying. I just don't understand.
Can I get some customer service help ordered jeans and never got them
