Excellent video helped me to reprogram my abs module

Thank you for video it’s been huge help, I get all the way to the point of channel 026 basic settings.. at same point during those settings (second value) it fails every time, error 04. Any thoughts? Tried already making sure it was not getting hot

Hello, what means this code error 03409 on module 3 abs?

If you do all these steps and after everything is codes and adapted/basic settings. If I were to disconnect the abs module/pump. Will I have to do it all over again?

I get to 026 and it gives me error 004 no valv after the first step of calibration. abs module and engine bay were dead cold.

It may not save unless after coding you go through the basic settings and turn off the ignition. You're ahead of me - I can't get anything to accept.

Hi I have a mk5 golf with an abs pump issue I have sourced exactly same abs pump with same numbers abs, Would i need to get this coded ? Any help much appreciated

Hi You need the original ABS pump still fitted to the car to get codes off the faulty ABS pump, You can then replace the ABS pump with a new one and have your codes transferred to the new ABS pump, Mine is still working fine no issues Even though it was removed from an ( audi A3 Second hand ABS pump ) I hope this helps

scanned my long code from the old pump, plug in the new pump and put the code in and it rejects it, have tried another pump and it does the same. can’t figure it out, any help would be appreciated

Hi, is anyone able to assist please? I removed and reinstalled the same cluster in a 58 Golf Plus and the abs code was wiped (not sure why) I found the code from an old scan but it won’t accept it it states code is out of range??

You need to get a new code from another car which has the same part number then try the coding.

The car shown in the video is a 2012 Golf R. The car itself doesn't matter, MK60EC1 is MK60EC1 regardless of the sheet metal it was installed into.
