This is why it's so important to observe how people behave in different environments. For example if you're dating someone, pay attention to what kind of person they are around their friends, at work, with their family, etc. Don't only fixate on how they act when they are with you.

As a teacher of adults I do this every time and people tend to tell me the whole story of their life because they feel they can trust me, just listening them. Something interesting I noticed while I listen patiently it's all the colors and "jewelry" they wear, I think the symbols they carry with them every day means a lot for people and about them.

the mirror effect is a way to play along the status quo, it does not give you good things always, what you should learn is suggestion, because if you suggest that something is good people start to perceive it as good. and you can do this with many things. this is truly the art of seduction, it's how you flirt, you suggest pleasurable things, you put thoughts into their head that they will think about and that will create feelings. thing is you can't just suggest anything to anyone, there is a bit of preparation to make someone more receptive to it, and that's being on their side.

What you think about humanity reflects your own inner world. Not everyone is narcisisstic just because you are... As humans we want to feel seen and understood. If someone seems similar and could be a potential soulmate of course you are drawn to that. People have to be more careful with hard words like Narcissism.

This sense of privilege must be curbed as to not offend or hurt . Extreme narcissists do not know this boundary. DoNot compare yourself with them. When you're mirroring me, it's annoying af. The only time it's not is when the other person is a friend or family and you're both in on the mirroring.

I think when you're mirroring people you have to do it subtly without making it seem obvious. Humans generally operate subconsciously most of the time, so doing it subtly allows you to tap into their subconscious mind. That's what I got from the laws of seduction.

This does work but ever since I learnt about this any time I’ve noticed someone doing it to me which is multiple times over the years (I start doing specific things to make sure that is what they’re doing and I’m not just imagining it) I immediately feel like I should be on my guard around that person so be warned it can have the opposite affect if the person is aware it’s what you’re doing!

It's a stupid way of delivering that information. We all have the same brain set ups but in different ranges that change due to nature and nurture interacting. It's like saying, we all have nipples so we're all female. It's like no, we have the same parts but they function differently. Narcissists are admire seekers and disorderously seek being admired but let's ask yourself, who doesn't want to be loved? He's basically a pessimist.

100% I had an ex who would act completely different depending on who he was talking with, an absolute shape shifter if ever there was one. Very persuasive in his language that would illicit a response from someone that they wanted. Wouldn't have me around his family and friends, almost like he didn't want me seeing what he was like around them

The bulk of comments jump on his use of narcissism; he doesn't mean it as it's often used today as a perverted self-centeredness, but in the sense that we want interactions to integrate with our personal qualities and stylistic forms. It's taken me my entire life to drop my energetic intellectuality and be natural with a colloquial manner, to let people have a chance to rise up a rung or two rather than expect them to pump iron with Olympian mental strength. Be someone common, but with an extraordinary within shining through. Be this, because the extraordinary is in everyone, and only by everyone bringing it out will be change the world.
