The Miraculous Nature of the Qur'ān

As time grows older, the Qur’an grows younger.
In every era, the Qur'an preserves its freshness and youthfulness as though it is continuously being revealed. It introduces itself towards every generation, despite their differing ways of thought and varying capabilities and capacities.
Although the heritage and laws of human beings grow outdated, the judgements and laws of the Qur'an are firmly established and deeply-rooted. As the ages pass, their relevancy only becomes more apparent.
Of the thousands of proofs of the relevancy of the Quran, is its prohibition of usury, interest. To grasp this, consider two statements that, throughout history, have been the cause of upheavals and much evil.
The first statement is: As long as I am well-fed, what concern is it of mine if others die hungry?
While the second statement is: You work, so that I can eat.
Now, the members of humankind live out wonderful, social lives when their upper and lower classes live in harmony, that is, the rich and the poor. Yet the basis of this harmony is for the upper class to have mercy and pity. While from the lower classes, it requires respect and obedience.
But that first statement As long as I am well-fed, what concern is it of mine if others die hungry, has driven the upper class into oppression, corruption, and cruelty. While that second statement - You work, so that I can eat. - has driven the masses into bitterness, envy, conflict, and competition. In this way, humankind has been robbed of their peace over the past few centuries. More recently, the conflict between labour and capital has led to tumultuous events, such as the upheavals spurred by Communism and Capitalism, well known to all.
Modern civilisation has not been able to reconciliate between these two classes of society, the upper and lower, despite the existence of all of its charitable organisations, its schools for ethical training, its laws, its systems, and its strict regulations, it has also not been able to heal these two wounds that have afflicted human life.
The Quran, however, confronts the first statement, As long as I am well-fed, what concern is it of mine if others die hungry, by mandating almsgiving, the zakat to the poor, thereby neutralising this chronic disease.
As for the second phrase, You work, so that I can eat, the Qur'an boldly proclaims to the world, Usury is forbidden!' It beckons all people, commanding, 'Shut the doors of the banks that exploit people under the guise of interest, and thereby shut the doors of conflict and dispute'. It thus forbids its students to entangle themselves in a root cause of societal collapse.
Thus, we see through this one example, the Qur’an maintain its youth with its laws and rulings, throughout all ages, together with its novelty of style and expression.
As time grows older, the Qur’an truly grows younger…
