What do you think will happen in the second season?

I have colorectal cancer and in fact I have a tumor that is already inoperable. For a year I have only received palliative chemotherapy and pain treatment. I still have a good two or three years to live. But I already have the expiration date close. Once I got over the shock, made my will and got my playlist ready for my funeral, the rest hasn't been so dramatic. I processed my pension and after 8 months of watching the grass grow, I looked for a part-time job for the real pleasure of doing something I love regardless of money. I wake up grateful to wake up, and I try to balance my day between my obligations (I have a 16-year-old daughter) and what gives me pleasure (long baths, listening to music...). I set short-term goals, three months maximum, and let the rest flow as my health fluctuates.

You should create something that communicates what’s in your soul to your daughter- something she can always keep, and pass on to her child. It could be a photo album, a collection of short stories or memories, drawings or collages or paintings, letters you write to her, poetry, or just advice for life, or just a diary of your thoughts each morning. But something that communicates you.

Man the writer of this series is a genius. Only a deep person can understand the emotions of the characters.

This is the second video I've seen get this wrong. The show takes place in 1995. Only the opening few scenes with Ilanka take place in 1994, but everything that happens at Brightcliffe is in 1995.

The pose made by the hooded figure is actually most commonly associated with Jesus, not the Devil.

Didn't realize John Mulanney was doing narration for Screen Rant.

How can it be the same house as Locke and Key? The exterior of the house was CGI and only the lower floor was a practical set.

For the record it is definitely not the same house… the exterior set was an original (partial) build (the rest being cgi) in a suburb of Vancouver, BC… this supposed link to L&K is totally false (I’ve also marked it as incorrect on the IMDb trivia but haven’t checked if they have updated)

I enjoyed it! Not as great as Hill House, maybe on the same level at Midnight Mass? Definitely better than Bly Manor!

Ya'll arrogant just assuming everyone but you missed these things.

First

I can't fathom how people involved with the masterpiece Haunting of Hill House made such a messy show. The second half had no spine, no structure and tension. By the end, we don't really need to hear their fictional stories when the plot in the real world with the cult and murders was so much more interesting. No real resolutions especially the arcs that actually had stakes. I mean, for something to have a second season, the first season has to be solid. It's a no for me, disappointing.

Glad I’m not the only one who thought this. It was so intriguing and then the second half of the season really lost the plot and was very anticlimactic

Teen romcom with some "horror" elements which could have been squeezed in 3-4 episodes. The ending teases a second season, which has no reason happen. I was bored af. The story, directing, actors are not great at all

lmao netflix cancelled them. mike flanagan has released a tumblr post about what would have happened in season 2. Also, if you think you could do better go right ahead. the grammar in your post is so bad i can only hope english isnt your first language.
