I needed this song especially today. My children and I were evicted from our home of 7 years in the middle of winter. My ex boyfriend sister gave up her house for us to move into immediately. Barely moved in here and got a message that the house we were praying for the owner approved us!!!! Hallelujah!!!! What God has for me is for me!!!!

I have led this song for years, but today it hit me different! I am a survivor of COVID, trauma from losing my husband to COVID, trauma, and depression. God has kept our children and I these three years! 😭 God has turned things around for me in so many ways as a widow.

I was laying in my dialysis clinic yesterday, with my AirPods on, listening to this song, with tears running down my face. I've been revisiting this song for a long time, and I've been waiting on God to move in my life. Of course, He has kept me, sustained my life, blessed me in many ways, but there are certain struggles that have been so painful. Chronic Kidney Disease, untransplantable, wife left me and our two kids 7 months after I began dialysis (10 years ago). I've stood on faith, and God has brought me through 10 years alone as a single parent on dialysis. Medically retired and on a fixed income. Not complaining, but sometimes the pain flares up and it knocks me down. Mostly in mind and spirit. Still grateful to God. This song touches deep down inside.
