damn, son It was during Series 3 of Sherlock episode 2, "The Sign of Three." It was when Sherlock was telling stories of him and Watson during the wedding. Albert aka Wes played the british guard that got "stabbed" in the shower. He was apart of an unsolved case that Sherlock and Watson was working on. Eventually they found out how he died, it was from needle inside of his belt piercing the inside of his body.
