Absolutely Beautiful… Played the mood I was feeling this morning. The recording is superb, but the music, the music is sublime. I will need to learn this, for those moments my heart and soul need this healing and sustenance. Thank you for giving the world this.

Beautiful, Friedrich! What a lush sound, and the composition itself is gorgeous. I felt the depth of the melancholy! As I commented on your cover of CG's Farewell, you're not afraid to let the notes breathe, to let the tempo and dynamics really express the piece's emotional core. At least that's my sense of your playing, anyway. It moves me far more than that of so many contemporary acoustic players, who are long on flashy technique but... not so long on musicality, on really bringing forth what music can stir in an appreciative listener. Again, kudos to you, sir!

I don't know I keep missing these posts of yours until you mention them on FB. For some reason when I try to change my notifications al "All" it just defaults back to "Subscribed". So I'm just hearing this for the first time. It is as beautiful and the videos accompanying your playing are stunning. Would you mind sharing which of the Logic Pro plug-ins you are using. I've been experimenting with them but have yet to get something that sounds as rich and full as this....... of course that beautiful guitar and the hands playing it have a lot to do with it.

I don’t think I have this project anymore. But it’s mostly chroma verb, a bit of stereo expansion and EQ.
