And not to make all the beginner mistakes he pointed out thruout the game 😅 Most central spawns (with access by 3+ neighbors in a large player count game) like this are rough though anyway, this being a perfect example. When your neighbor scores a double whale spawn starting one step towards swordsman you're basically playing Vengir with better econ at that point. Btw, in very large player counts, you can consider Climbing up to a full econ upgrade (topography dependent) by virtue of the encounter bonus that becomes significantly more likely as you scout.

​​@@gabriellandaverde6219I disagree. It can certainly give you a first indication. Look at the development of Europe the USA and the wealth of oil states. Im not saying that it perfectly explains everything and that there are no exceptions. Geography is important and that shouldn't be denied.

Tbh the multiplayer early game is always the most interesting part It is the break or make moment. Each star is valuable

At least you beat Polytopia Gaming in subscriber count, though I didn't he earn all of your subscribers for winning?

Polytopia challenge: "Couch potato" You can only learn the organization branch and can't research other technologies. the way you get them is by ruins and other tribes. Say you get chivalry, you can make knights but you cant burn forests or you get hunting: you cant hunt animals. No roads, 1 port per capital. Ai is exception you dont have to destroy whatever buildings the ai built at least 5 tribes on crazy on normal map, domination use zebasi or better yet quetzali GullYY ask questions if you dont understand something

Challenge: "Whats a starting tech?" Rules: You're not allowed to use specials or luxidoor You're not allowed to use your starting tech or get any of the things youre able to get from the tech (for example if ur xin-xi you're not allowed to get mines and climb on mountains) Any map of your choice

Xin Xi had the opportunity to take your second city at timestamp 3:30. Do you have some kind of early game Pease treaty going on or something and if not I would have invested in sending your troops from the capital to defend the city. Perhaps a few mistakes made but was highly entertaining, good job.

He keeps saying chin-chi which really ticks me off. I've heard people say "shin" because it's the closest they can get but "chin" is wayy too far off. Try saying "tseen-tsee" Here's a link you might find helpful: resources.allsetlearning.com/chinese/pronunciation/xin there isn't a specific pinyin for Xin-Xi (which would really help in its pronunciation) but you might want to stick to zin-zi in the meantime. That said, I really enjoy your commentaries and gameplay, stay epic

I've got a challenge for you: I call it the "commitment issues" challenge. 4 crazy bots on tiny map and you aren't allowed to buy 2 techs from the same branch consecutively unless you capture an enemy city in between or buy a tech from another branch. For example: let's say you want shields, you can buy organization then buy climbing for instance before you can buy shields, or you can capture an enemy city instead of buying climbing and get shields If 4 bots is to easy you can try 8 crazy bots so that there are less cities to capture to buy consecutive techs good luck

There actually is a hacker in the top score list (for the phone versione of the game) that names himself Dylan or some variants of it. It has like 2900000000 of score with most if not all of the tribes... RIP for tho others...

You guys should try the game Sid Meiers Civilization 6 Gathering storm, Its like polytopia but 1000× better, It has actual diplomacy, you can make peace with players not Straight Mayhem, and you can Choose What tile you want to get by buying with game coins, when you make a city you can Expand your Land, not by reaching a Level 5 city and getting borders around you. (you dont buy coins with money you earn them in gameplay) and Unlike those *Explorers* in polytopia you have scouts who actually go where you want, You can Also go to real ages, From ancient age to future age, in polytopia you stay Ancient age, Every Nation in civ 6 has their own Unique unit and Unique building, the game also has like 99% of the nations Free, unlike polytopia, The Game may cost a little but its still a great game, You can also build your city anywhere instead of taking villages, you can put your cities anywhere, These are just a few things about the game. *(Try da gaem)*

Random KZread algorithm got me here... 1 min 23 later: wtf is this guy doing. Picking xin-xi is a bold move. For sure questionable. Picking xin-xi that early is even worse. Whatever. But why did he buy the tech on turn 0??? He cant use it before turn 2 anyways. This gives Imperius such an advantage getting fishing insteas of climbing.
