Doesn't seem like 4 years since they retired. I'm glad they had a little time to enjoy their home church, & rest before Peg was called home. They truly deserve every blessing that came their way. I pray God comforts Reuben so fully, and completely.

My favorite gospel group. And when my grandson was just about 4 years old he was staying with his grandpa and me he was watching TV when I heard him say granny she's kicking them shoes off again. And to this day he still remembers the song right on time and still loves to hear them to sing.

You all will be really missed. Such great singers. I ❤️ the way Peg swings that hanky!!!

mrs peg is my role model next to my mom... i have every cd from the beginning and a cuple of cass just missing last two song books but in time i have them too... my husband always took me to the pickin post in fort payne alabama .... shout out to mike owens he always has the best music and fun... but i love the McKameys with all my heart. may God bless them always.

Love um , a group that I have sung songs in my church with our Saved by Grace Band Hundreds of times, right here in So Ca. That pure ole gospel rings true forever. I'll love and miss these fantastic people with every breath I take. Thank you McKameys, and Thank You Lord for your blessings.

I grew up listening to their music, their great!! God on the mountain is my favorite

I never heard of The Mckamey Family til today. I'm so happy my Radio station featured them on The Gospel Greats today. I live in Maine 🦞, far away from Tennessee. I'm so glad I was able to see The Mckamey Family featured on this Channel, & Station. Thank you. I'm so glad the children are continuing to sing, even though their parents are retired now. I love the two song's - "Heavy", & "Still". I've ordered their new CD Legacy, and also Crown 👑 Thank God for allowing us to still hear their wonderful music, & allowing them to go on being a witness to all.🙏😇👍❤️

I love the mckameys and all of their songs and may god bless them will miss their music and god has blessed them in so many ways will always love all their music and them

I heard the old man there say one time that over the years, he'd put a million miles on at least 3 separate buses. So they deserve a break! I sometimes put their song "From Dust to Glory" on repeat. They had so many good ones!

My goodness you are missing a huge treat.Research several of their songs my personal favorites are God on the mountain,right on time and I made it by Grace

The Mckamey's are my favorite gospel group of all time (even though I DO listen to the Gaither's more). But when Carol left, the Mckamey's haven't been the same since :( (I've never watched them when their daughter joined. I don't like her singing).
