Great video. I wonder if there is anyone out there that has an old Mosin 91/30 from dad, uncle, grandpa laying around that they now discover is one of these beauties?

Hi @BigSamMosinMuseum About Polish history: 1. The first Polish Lithuanian republic cased to exist in 1795 after the 3rd partition. -> you can check it out on wikipedia 2. Poland regained independence in 1918 (here is an important fact! Most of it was possible because of U.S. President Woodrow Wilson and his 14th points, the 14th point was about independent Poland. Thank you, USA! 3. Poland regained its independence, but the western powers only guaranteed us our western border, east was wildland where we had to fight against Ukraine, Lithuania (I know this looks stupid, but it's how it was) White Russia(Tsar), and Red Russia(Soviet) for our borders. 4. The fight lasted till 1920. After this we had to struggle on our wast eastern border with Soviet sabotage groups. Thank you for making an amazing film/movie about this "Polish" wepon :)

Looks like S. Pisarevich's Mosin has a Finnish style front sling loop too. Very interesting.

I have a weird question, I saw a m9130 at a local gun show and it had a four digit serial number with no letters before or after. Does this mean anything?
