    he must be talented though... math can only help you to run smarter not faster! I am a math teacher too and run but not as fast as Jared Ward 2 h 11 min 34 s is crazy fast!! I am hoping to race with him soon

    I have to run on the roads (meaning sidewalks next to them) bc the trails near me are too sketchy to run on alone lol. So even if I run at a good pace, all the safe crossing takes me forever

    I ran a marathon and and got second place in a 50k trail ultra marathon. Although I finished a degree in secondary education major in general science and got a professional teacher license, I just got 2 years teaching experience and shift to another job. I really liked organic chemistry and I loved teaching chemistry at high school. But I'm dumb at math 😭.

    @@harryspringfield6970 Lol don't be butthurt, Keyans have fast twitch fibers which means that it is hard to grow muscles, but that doesn't mean you can't be strong with very little muscle. Many Kenyans are pretty strong, don't judge a book by it's cover. And they're mostly 5'6 because of genetics, they were made to run. And just saying it was scientifcally proven a few years ago that every inch that you are over 5 feet is about half a year off your life lol.

    Stay away from concrete when training, always go soft surfaces so your joints don't absorb all of the shock

    Wild Outdoor Living British people call "math" "maths" as a plural. The apostrophe was the "wrong part" Example (U.S.) I teach math. Example (UK) I teach maths.

    Yes, the apostrophe was what I was pointing out more than anything. That said he does live, teach and train in the United States so using Math without the S is probably the most appropriate. I had heard that some nations using the word maths though I guess I didn't know it was that prevalent.

    Wild Outdoor Living Yes, I can agree that they should have put "math" instead of "maths" into the title. However, almost all of the narrators that I've heard of on this channel have a British accent -- hence them most likely putting the British spelling instead.
