Yeah I’m surprised an opera singer can sing so many different types of sings so well out of her comfort zone she was great

The only thing I want to do all day long from now on is watching octopus bouncing happily and waving her little hands. 😍🐙

May 2023, the end of this video still has me smiling. 😊 Just a beautiful voice.

I was searching up shirley bassey covers and her performance came up and ive never watched Masked Singer so i just went into it for fun and as soon as the chorus began, I knew who Octupus eas immediately. Im not even a fan of opera but she's got that voice super recognisable.

No-one seemed to notice the 'cats' clue in the Diamonds are Forever performance (Cat/ Kat being short for Katherine); never mind the fact Shirley Bassey is Welsh too.

Her performance of One Last Time makes me wish she'd release it in a future album.

She’s a very versatile singer

I like the US version of the masked singer, but as a person who likes musicals, i am really appreciating the British version. And your sets are so beautiful. I especially like it when i see a brit lose character and let loose. Her jumping around was so genuine and her real smile so warm. Thank you from San Diego, ✌️🦁

Honestly, go look at all the reveals from the world over - it seems that everyone says it's amongst the funniest thing they've done in a long time... I think this is Disneyland for peformers if you ask me.

Octopus was through-out frontrunner until her last performance which didn't think it was a finale song. (Can't believe Daisy/Kelis topped her on second performance she good but Kathrine Jenkins was on next level)

At first I thought it was the voice actor for Ariel, but in the end it was Katherine Jenkins 💕💕💕💕

I thought she sounded like the original voice of Ariel in the 90s movie.

Many of the lay people consider Jenkins (and Jackie Evancho too, for that matter) an "opera singer", but they are wrong. She is a Classical Crossover singer. Give the correct genre credit for these superb singers. ClassCross is much more enjoyable and accessible than true opera is.
