Ghana's tourism sector is going increase by 50% in the next 5 to 6 years. This investment is going to pay off itself few years after completion.

The place is called Black Star Square and not Independence Square, the Black Star Arch is there to remind you of the name. Branding is key to our tourism development.

This will fail to attract international tourists unless Ghana immigration reduces the costs of entry visas. They need to simplify the process to a 20 usd or less visa on arrival. Go to senegal its free got to egypt its 20 usd. Both countries have booming tourism. Here no only NGOs not mass tourism. How much revenue is Ghana missing out on for the sake of high visa costs. Who is benefiting, its certainly not Ghanaian traders and hoteliers.

But did you watch and listen to the video at all? He didn't say it had been done. He showed the projected plan and showed the cleared land and how it would look like if they do it.
