Regarding number one there is an even creepier component of the Eddie Lowe encounter that occurs after his death. Apparently he has an online blog detailing his “activities” and this blog will continue to update even though he is dead. And so we are left with two possibilities, and both are disturbing: 1) Eddie enabled an auto update feature for his blog and backlogged a ton of content in case of his capture and incarceration or death, or 2) Through some terrifying method Eddie has discovered a way to speak from beyond the grave and he is personally updating the blog. Whether he’s doing this to freak people out or is just bored is an entire story on its own but I just thought I’d mention it in case people were not aware. I’d love to poll people or get some thoughts on what’s causing this phenomenon so feel free to drop a reply.

I have a theory that Eddie Low is a generational killer. In RDR2 there is a serial killer named Edmund Lowry Jr, keep the Jr in mind so obviously these two Eddies are related based on their same first and last name i believe that each Eddie has a son and calls the son Eddie. The mental illness that causes them to kill keeps getting passed down therefore the Eddie updating the blog would be Eddie Low from GTA 4s son and i think that same son moved to Los Santos and is the Infinite 8 killer...

This reminds me of a moment that happened to me in the story mode of GTA V. I was playing as Michael, I came across some Asian NPC and decided to just greet him until I “antagonize” him. But the moment the NPC got upset, he just whips out a knife and insta kills Micheal with the “insta kill” knife animation. Since then, I’ve never seen an NPC use a knife in GTA Vs story mode (without the help of mods), nor have I ever seen an NPC actually perform a “insta kill” animation.

I really wish Ratman was in the game because he would fit so well in the dark and gritty tone and atmosphere of Liberty City. The subways are really creepy at night so Ratman lurking there would've actually made me crap me pants. A creative way Rockstar could've done this would've been to do some steps to trigger Ratman to come out (kind of similar to the steps you have to do to get that UFO to appear in Red Dead Redemption 2).

I would like to add to this list. I’ve looked it up and haven’t found anyone else talking about it, but one time I saw a construction crane in gta iv lift something in the distance that looked very much like a flying saucer. It was during a mission, I don’t remember which, and it happened at the end of a long road in an out of view construction area. All I saw was a ufo briefly being lifted up and then lowered by a crane. I didn’t get more evidence at the time I saw it because I assumed it was just a scripted event as a fun little Easter egg but when I looked it up, I haven’t found a single person talking about it. A lot of people (including myself) sometimes feel like the internet ruined 'gaming mysteries' but as we begin to look back on late 2000 gaming; I think it's safe to say, that was not the case at all. If anything forum and early KZread culture fostered many myths such as the ones in this video. I think what's killing Gaming Mysteries is actually streaming and constant video capture. I am going to say something possibly controversial but hear me out. As much as you think you hate that kid who told you Mew was under a bus and all you had to do was beat the elite four a dozen times; you actually don't. Lies, low fidelity fabricated evidence and misinformation are necessary for a beautiful mystery. Because when you know that everything you are looking at is real, even if it's part of a 'mystery'. The magic is lost because it feels so intentional. Plenty of games have Easter egg hunts etc but when the evidence for those things are so clearly real it feels just like another part of the game. If someone shows you a Twitch stream where someone finds the Loch Ness monster in a game you know the chances of that being fake are pretty low. That isn't exciting; that doesn't make you question the validity of anything. Even though we now know Mew wasn't under that truck. The reason people still talk about it was because we loved the journey. Old 480p youtube videos recorded on a FLIP camera, pointed directly at the screen still has magic to it. You know it's probably fake. But... What if it isn't? That's where the magic lies.

@@letthebasscannon223 Very good point. Although it can have its uses to finds me never would have. There is a Twitter and KZread account run by a data miner who finds old password and easter eggs in games that we literally would never have found. A lot of these were hidden by the developers beneath esoteric button combinations. Usually to hide offensive messages or debugging tools. There's quite a few brilliant rants hidden in games that really give you the impression of what game development was like in the late 80s and early 90s in Japan. Fascinating stuff. But yeah, modern games get ripped open almost instantly. It's lucky if the games entire plot doesn't leak online nowadays.

Fun fact : Sharks literally cannot be in the game because of the lore of the game itself, which goes all the way back to GTA 3. I didn't read up on this in pretty long time, but anyways, the story goes somehow like this. A tanker crashes somewhere close by Liberty City which causes major oil leak, oil polluting ocean into such an extent that you literally cannot swim in it. You will drown because it's practically impossible to swim, and if you stay in the water for longer period of time, you may have serious skin conditions. (this is essentially the reason why you can't swim in GTA 3 if you didn't knew). This problem translates into modern GTA 3. Although it is said that events which happened in 3D universe don't have to be the same as in HD one, this event happened in both, and both happened at the same time pretty much. GTA 4 story is set later than GTA 3s, but the water is still heavily polluted. You can swim for some time but you still eventually drown because of how extremely tiring it is to stay on the surface (hence why NPCs die after short time of swimming, and as it happened to me, you will also eventually drown, but I didn't test it properly, it might've just been a bug?). That being said, humans literally can't swim in the water due to how polluted it is, so you can pretty much forget you'll find any fish (live ones at least). Sharks being fish too, they most likely swum away, and those who didn't, they died.

  • @cedaagent

@@cedaagent indeed but as I said, some things do appear in both universes but sometimes they might be a bit different. It seems that generally speaking, places and events which exist or happened in 3D universe usually happened in HD universe too (Více City, Los Santos, Liberty City, but also things like Grove street, war between Grove Street and Ballas, the tanker polluting the waters, which is the reason why the water looks oily and such) But on the other hand, characters which appeared in 3D universe usually don't appear in HD universe, and if they do, then they are only mentioned or they're Easter egg. Easter eggs technically don't have much to do with the lore but rather, they are simply a fun thing developers added that people who played older titles will appreciate. There are exceptions to this however, take Lazlow for example, he appeared in both universes. Anyways that's about it. I hope you understand it, and that it wasn't too long, I wish you a good day

The Killer Bees might be a reference to The Wu Tang Clan, one of the biggest rap groups to ever come out of New York. One of their many nicknames was The Killer Bs, a reference to the semi-obscure fact most if not all members of WuTang were affiliated with the NYC Bloods.

The spy helicopters exist in GTA 5 actually, I spotted one where the casino is at, it was a black buzzard without any guns on it. I followed it for a good while and I remember I got stars outta nowhere for it. Wish I had proof but it’s genuinely real.

I’m like so confused..... I played gta San Andreas so so much. And I remember I had a game cheat book that told me how to find Bigfoot and I did it as a kid. I thought it was kind of common knowledge if you were really into the game. I remember it clear as day. You go into a cabin at a certain time I think and He spawns in outside and just jogs around and follows you. He couldn’t die from bullets or explosions from what I could remember and when he would hit you it was like super punch. My last memory was just him following me on the highway somewhere in red county, I thought it was so cool and just moved on, but now at 25 I’m finding out that he’s not in the game ? From what I recall the book was a 2006 maybe 2004 game cheat book/hits secrets. I know it couldn’t have been complex because I was young when I did this, and it wasn’t from a KZread tutorial... a cheat book. But now I’m finding out it’s a huge mystery. If anyone has a old mid 2000 cheat book maybe look inside and prove me not crazy. Tbh I’m little bugged by this.
