This video was a 10/10 I’ve been to DR brings back memories. Went with my friend their family from Santiago but we went all over the whole island . And the freeing feeling you got when you’re there at night next to the Teteo is best feeling . Or when you’ve had a few drinks it’s the best drunk you’ll have with some bachata playing in the background. 10/10 experience. And 10/10 video!

You'll see that in average DR has good streets condition, but the problem is that Santo Domingo live around 4 million people in what we call Great Santo Domingo which is divided into 6 SD north, East, West, Boca Chica, And Los Alcarrizos (where I live), and National District, National streets are intensively used, but they got a higher budged so their good streets, despite of great traffic , but if you go deeply in other places, streets will get worst and worse, because of heavy trucks which are use to transport out-going and out-going goods to those 4 million people, and the low budges and bad administration, don't help to deal with correct treat maintenance it's a problem very concentrated in certain areas.
