Funny enough mando would know what a shotgun would be. When the Mandalorians fought the Jedi they used shotguns but they called them slug throwers because if the Jedi tried to block it the bullet would be ripped apart and turned into shrapnel flying into the Jedi causing more damage.

Alternative title: Everybody Loves Mando.
