His likeness can be found on the Catalan Atlas map, his mosques are still standing to this day and he gave away so much gold during his trek to Mecca that he disrupted the Egyptian economy for yrs. For every mention of Solomon, from what I’ve read, always states “may have”, “there is no evidence to support the existence of Solomon” and my favorite “limited physical evidence”. They dont say how he died... But no one took his wealth he fucked himself... he gave out too much money on his way to Mekka, destabilized the regions he went through and on his way back, also his gold wasnt worth much anymore because everyone had it...
