Place would stay so much warmer if you would fill in the huge gaps in your walls. What does it help to start a fire for warmth, if there's more gaps than heat. All in all though it is a nice place you got yourself.

Great adventure with a small taste of home.A couple more trips here and you should be able to tighten some cracks and each time it will be better.A dry place to sleep with a hot stove and an excellent meal only makes you craw in the sack and enjoy your eveng.Thanks for sharing 😊

That water well, or cistern sure needs a cover. An animal or small child could fall in it. The country is really beautiful.

Basicaly nice, but you need to seal up all the open spots in the walls. Also, it's a good idea to install insulation.

It’s been 10 years. Wood swells and shrinks. Chinking in the walls will deteriorate, fall out and blow out. It’s in great shape for being empty so long.

I’m surprised after ten years the video camera was still on when he entered. Must have been Duracell.

I’ve noted the quality of wood he’s been using for his construction. The fact is that much of of it is definitely termited and should be replaced with something like Redwood. With Termites, Redwood lasts that much longer. Best of luck to you!

Caro Victor ti ringrazio per questo video.Era da molto tempo che non ridevo così di cuore. Mi sono sbellicata dalle risate soprattutto quando hai messo il ventilatore sulla stufa. Certo che hai proprio bisogno di ricambio d'aria non ci sono abbastanza buchi sul pavimento e sulle pareti della stanza. Ma se sta bicocca è un colabrodo. Un consiglio: o butti giù tutto e ci fai una bella casa di mattoni o ti ricoveri in qualche ospedale psichiatrico. Da retta a me hai bisogno di cure.

Such a nice cabin. It has potential. As everyone has said, it doesn't make sense to have big gaps in the walls. Is it not possible to nail planks onto the inside walls to close the gaps? Surely you could make a frame for a window and put glass in the windows? You went to the trouble of having a door with a lock. It is a very nice cabin to hide in, I like it, but it is not finished after 10 years. Maybe one day you will finish it. Anyway, enjoy your hideaway and your nice food. 😅

Most definately he needs to seal all the walls, floors, add insulation and Have a proper hole with Clearance for the wood stove pipe. Add a window And shutters. Otherwise i'll be cold as heck in there.
