I have to try this. I’m going to be very brave, or is it stupid, and have a go at copying my sisters two as a Christmas present. I’d love this if it were done for me. Thank you so much for sharing. BTW YOU CAN SLOW THE PLAYBACK SPEED DOWN LADIES IF THE CAPTIONS ARE TOO FAST FOR YOU TO PAUSE THEM XXX

Thank you. That’s exactly what I needed to hear. I want to do my mum’s dog too. She’s not full yorkie so there’s no other way to get an exact one. Dark fur too so should hide any errors! Hope yours came out okay. 😁

Because I'm hard of hearing I use closed captions a lot so I can read it as it's being said. Helps with people with strong accents, too, if you can't understand certain words (often not the right word on CC, too. Some of these are amusing substitutions). I often pause the written words to read through them, especially on videos where the person has a soft voice and I can't hear anything at all. Because I also read slower than most and some people just talk too fast for me listening at 75% slow it down enough to catch every word.
Looking at the sweet little face of the finished product, it's hard to say whether it's a real dog or not. Thank you for doing such a beautiful job on one of my favorite dog breeds. ❤

How adorable. You are so talented!
Excellent! Thank you for sharing. The video is awesome.
oh my goodness, I've been trying to figure out how people make actual fur-looking textures in their needle-felted crafts and FINALLY a video that shows exactly how it's done, in an easy to follow method no less! thank you so very much~! I can't wait to revisit needle-felting, the biggest thing that's been putting me off from it is the scraggly matted look to the longer-haired portions of the critters I've crafted and now I feel a renewed vigor to tackle them with these far better techniques at my disposal!! :D
So great that you used the pastel and marker!! That's one of those things that would have drove me crazy to figure out! Thank you for the high speed too! Adorable!
This is really cute! So much detail, great job

I wasn't going to get into this craft but seeing this Yorkie if I can find that kit I'm going to make one. Adorable and I can use him as a prop in my American Girl doll scenes that I photograph. Small animals (cats and dogs) are expensive if you buy brand name ones and not the correct size. I need a Yorkie to put in a basket for my Dorothy Wizard Of Oz Halloween costume. This one is perfect !

Great job it, s beautiful, can I ask u, the size, I don't have idea, thaks
Really lovely!! I'm just starting out felting and learnt a lot here :) Do you buy premade eyes or are they polymer too?? And do you need some kind of glue to attach things like the eyes and nose?
@BincBonc
3 жыл бұрын
They are plastic eyes. Bought it from a local craft store. And yes I need to glue the eyes.
Thanks for sharing this you layered and trimmed the hair so well! How long have you been practising needle felt? and how many hours did this Yorkie take you? I was impressed you did it all in one sitting, my first attempts are taking ageeees to finish haha.
@BincBonc
5 жыл бұрын
Thank you ♡! Since 2016 :) actually this yorkie also took me days to finish but if I have to accumulate the hours, it would be around 10-12 hours I guess in total. My back is quite weak, I couldn't do it for one sitting :( therefore, I divided to several days. Felting surely needs patience :')
❤
You're so talented. Idk if I'd ever have the patience to do this but I would love to for my daughter who lost her cat a cpl years back. It still hurts. How long did it take you to do this?
@BincBonc
3 жыл бұрын
It takes days to a week for this one 🙂
Are you using merino tops for core wool? Why? Thanks.
Hi. This is really helpful. By the way, when you are adding hair to the muzzle and tail. Can I put a little space on it when adding wool? Or should it be directly put on top of where you last attached the hair?
@BincBonc
3 жыл бұрын
Hi 🙂 yes you can but just a little space and do it where it's not too noticeable
❤️❤️❤️
Hola qué tipo de vellón usa??

Hi...I'm a fairly new felter and I adore you little Yorkie...you are so talented! I'm going to attempt to create my Yorkie and it will be my first using an armature frame. Can you tell me about how long the wire is for the body and legs? Mine looks way too long...
