It gives me courage and nurtures my spirit when I need a push to keep going after loosing my 29 yrs old son and find the strength to go to my F45 gym every single day Monday-Saturday which, makes me feel strong inside again 💪💪💪❤❤❤!!!

As someone who rose from the dungeon of the slums, I can relate, I was alone, went through darkness alone with my God, and though I've managed so far, but I don't allow myself to be complacent because the demons are still out there.

Lying half dead freezing to death alone in the woods unable to move I truly realized no one was coming 5 and 1/2 years later still grinding almost fully recovered

I feel 25 feet alone in the frozen woods. Shattered hip shattered pelvis broken right shoulder 10 broken ribs a bruised femur and bruised lungs and severe hypothermia. A 60 second walk to my truck took hours on the 4th or 5th attempt I managed to climb in my truck and call for my own medivac. Months in wheelchair months with a walker and cane . First 2 year after fall rarely slept. 5 and half years later I am functional again . Done I er 100,000 pull-ups pushups and hour and hours on treadmill. People prepare for the impossible and it won't be when it arrives. People you have no idea how dark the hole can be. Never give and always move forward even if it's inch by inch
