On April 27, 2024, we had the honor and privilege to have His Excellency, President Ferdinand "Bongbong" Marcos Jr., lead the ceremonial capsule laying for the Mactan Expo Center within our 30-hectare beach township, The Mactan Newtown, in Cebu.
Designed to world-class standards and with its proximity to the Mactan-Cebu International Airport and premium accommodations, this new state-of-the-art facility addresses the need for a venue outside Metro Manila that can host large-scale regional and global summits. Once completed, this new expo center will spur economic growth in this part of the country as this will attract both local and international tourists, business and diplomatic delagations, among others.
