Measuring the approximate weight of this badly rusted 1964 M-677 Jeep, prior to restoration. This is accomplished by using a cheap crane scale in an atypical measurement scenario, which appears to work well for this application.

Very cool project! I think your lifting point is reducing your rear weight reading, it should be lifted at the rear axle (like you did in the front) to get the correct weight?
