In case you were wondering, that's actually how the game works. Apparently using the wishlist lessens the effect (more likely to find what you need), but no idea if that's true.

@@GagAl- what makes you say that? I have 185 evil eyes now, after killing fatalis 85 times. Fatalis guarantees an evil eye drop if you get the double head break, and every successful hunt for me includes a head break, so that means at least 85 of those evil eyes are from successful hunts. The other 100 are from unsuccessful hunts where I get the double headbreak but lose, from lucky carves, or from rare drops at the end of the quest. And i've definitely tried to kill fatalis more than 200 times, so the numbers add up perfectly fine.

I got 4 eyes in one hunt : 2 by carving and 2 in bonus. But 3 by carve is kinda insane xd

I had similar moment but with Rathalos plates in base MHW. Got all 3 carves as plates XD

A friend was able to get 5 large elder gems from the rewards. Only one eye of course

4 piece fatalis with rimeguard greaves. Fatalis hammer. Temporal and evade mantle

@@NNasky just average fatalis build. Challenger charm, agitator 7, crit eye 7 crit boost 3, evade window 5, etc
