something I've been practicing that gives you insane dream recall is what the Rosicrucian's teach, basically before you go sleep you track your steps back all the way to the last time you slept, even if it was a nap. It works like crazy, you don't even have to try remember your dreams it becomes apart of your memories.

@@krisspychissp lol that's true. I think with people that can do lucid dreaming at this level probably have different brain structures than everyone else. For example, ADHD and the lack of impulse control that sometimes comes along with that, is often a downregulation of the prefrontal cortex (the part of the brain that's in charge of executive functioning). The advantage is that creativity and original thought is going to be much higher in this type of mind. With people that have Omni-lucid dreaming, I would suspect the hippocampus (the part of the brain that stores working/situational memory) is "louder" or "more integrated" with the rest of the brain. But that's a total guess, I really have no idea. It would be cool if someone were to do MRI scans of people that have this ability to see what part of the brain is different from the rest. Ok, now I'm done nerding out lol.

I used to dream journal and occasionally get some lucid dreams here and there. The amount of dreams you don't remember having every night is crazy when you stop. I might remember 1 or 2 these days if I'm lucky. I was remembering about 5 ish which is on par with what you said. I've told people this and they look at me like I'm crazy. Not having any dreams at all is a horrible time. I was like that at one point. Barely dreaming. That is what is happening to most people. I feel bad for them.

Started astral projecting last summer and seen some crazy shit that made me not want to do it anymore. The experiences I had were very intense. It feels like a Jet in your ear and your soul getting sucked out of your body at light speed. I remember one of the first times, after I got past the vibrational stage and the intense part I was flying through a empty void. It felt like I was doing back flips flying through the void but I remember looking to my left and seeing a huge entity. It kind of felt like I was in its “space” because we shared consciousness or awareness. No words were spoken or communicated in my head yet a awareness of each others awareness was prominent. Anyways once I started seeing the entity the entire void turned into black and white checkers everywhere. The entity looked like a pekka from clash of clans but it was also made out of the checkered background. This was a very brief experience because of how intense it was. I ended up just sorta gliding by what ever that was then literally jumped up immediately as I became aware of my body again. My heart was racing as well as my mind. I was in awe that entire week and experienced the most mind shattering synchronicities during that week.

@@TIGERTIGER123TIGER The synchronicities I had ranged from thinking of a friend then them immediately calling me, to words in music changing to what i’m thinking of. I know that part probably sounds insane but that’s the only way I can compute it. There would be times I would be listening to music and getting deep into thought then the song would match exactly what i’m thinking of, sometimes the words matching the words straight from my head. Obviously I’d be surprised, then pause the song to make sure I heard it right then to look at the duration, it always said either 1:11 or 1:23, sometimes 3:33. Also the same thing would happen with youtube videos, movies, sometimes even people. It started to happen so frequently that it made me feel like the universe was playing a joke on me and picked on me for no reason. Alot like some kind of beings that had the power alter the universe in such a perfect way, that had negative intent really made me feel scared and hopeless. The way they could use people like a chessboard made me feel not real. And I say negative because the entire week made me feel like I was being picked on and laughed for some sort of sick pleasure. There were a lot of other synchronicities, some personal, so this doesn’t really do it justice I’m not the best at writing. It started to make me feel crazy, almost felt like I was in the dang Truman Show or something. Kinda got spooky so I stopped practicing that sort of stuff that week and started ignoring it then it went away. Only bad part is I don’t really dream like I used to but still very spiritual.

I’d say it’s possible but a lot of those people are lying lol. But you said it, it’s being aware and fully conscious during the day which takes you to being lucid at night in your dreams. That’s the secret, awareness. Most people are actually dreaming when they are fully awake during the day. They are in their heads making up scenarios ect, not fully aware.

  • @Role-Play_Gamer

If 5 minutes of meditation each day can make such a difference in lucid dreaming ability, then it makes sense that true all day awareness would train the brain to stay aware all night as well. Lucidity in the void between dreams also doesn't require insane monk-level dedication. One KZreadr describes the same thing on days he had meditated for 20 minutes in the evening.

ive heard that if you manage to be aware all the time this awareness will naturally spill into dreams years ago I've tried yoga nidra (dream yoga) where you lay down and let your body fall asleep while your mind is aware. I've reached sleep paralysis few times, once I got scared of my own breathing and woke up and the rest of them I'd feel my body lift up while head was like an anchor not letting it go and then my head would start spinning so much I'd lose focus and wake up. these were very discouraging. few months ago I've tried again with not even one sleep paralysis

One of the reason I'm afraid of using WILD technique without WBTB is simply because I personally think, "what if I accidentally succeed in becoming aware in the void?". If I remember correctly, then theoretically speaking I think the first REM cycle starts somewhere around 90 minutes after falling asleep. So you would have to go through the void without WBTB. I maybe be completely wrong about it, so correct me if I am. Anyway that’s what I think and for me it feels quite scary to imagine being aware in the void. So I would wanna avoid that at all cost lol. Maybe someday in the future but I don't think I'm ready for it now.

yo, if by course you mean the lessons on the app in the description, it teaches you the fundamentals of lucid dreaming, tells you how to do the techniques in a really simple way so you can get started with them asap, and it also includes some guided interactive techniques to help. in the 1-on-1 calls I do, its just more personal and I can tell you how to lucid dream based on your needs, how much time, effort, you are able to spend, etc. i'll also help you along and tell you if you're doing anything wrong or need to change something, to make sure you get lucids. Often you'll have some questions or problems that are personal so I can help with that. never any spiritual bs from me I can assure you lol, I only talk about things that I know work. sorry so much text.

@@TIGERTIGER123TIGER See ... I wish I could do discord and join the conversations but I swear trying to use it on my phone tries to break my brain I talk A LOT and it can come across as ego, know it all or whatever but that's usually projection from others... I just know shiznit and try to present it in a factual and neutral way 🤣 so maybe it sounds coherent Stroke brain is kinda like old school stoner brain and goes alllllllll over the place But it's weird... I don't know how others dreams and I think we build up a lot of assumptions on what folks say and how we interpret it Kinda like. .. how folks are just now understanding that not everyone has inner monologue or that other one with images in the mind when thinking or creating art I think we assume we all mean the same stuff when we say lucid but I get the feeling there's wayyyyyy more to it Cause.... How you explained what that one chic was talking about, how she was getting bored with being like an all powerful god in every dream... Or how you've sorta explained in this video or the most recent I wanted I am lucid, I do have control but I'm not in a dream world where I control everything I only control myself and anything associated with myself Otherwise it's very much like being awake on Earth but I'm definitely somewhere else, except I've got all sorts of dream world powers.... Be it magic, bending time/space/gravity but not necessarily flying (usually more with weapons 🤣) and other weird abilities that are more "psychic" powers It's weird... And the more I listen to the dreams of others and figure out what their level of awareness is, the types of stuff they dive into in the waking world... I'm noticing patterns in how folks dream Like you talk to folks in the spiritual community, all levels of awareness and gifts/abilities, if they view spirituality like religion or the more witchy'woo quantum physics stuff It's vastly different from folks who dive into different subjects Kinda like tv movies.... Some are muggles, some are the various magical schools... Hogwarts was totally different from the state side version in fantastic Beasts Some it's like the twilight zone Others like Star Trek DS9 and Voyager But then you have the folks who don't dive into self help, the esoteric, spiritual community or even sci-fi and their dreams sound like they reflect that Plus all the nightmare folks I don't have nightmares anymore or sleep paralysis... Yes some dreams TRY to be nightmares and some can be hilarious in their attempts I want more folks to compare notes and dreams with Oooo oooo cheese... Do you eat cheese? The enzymes dude!!! They switch things up I typically stick to mozzarella but omfg my dreams get WEIRD if I eat a 4 cheese pizza before sleep... Here it's usually swiss, mozzarella, blue and goat That blue cheese... Woah it's wonky! But i think it's so cool that younger folks like you have way more access to stuff like your channel... We didn't have that cool stuff in the dinosaur era of the internet starting 🤣 I just wish there was deeper dream analysis tools, most stuff I find is so limited and doesn't apply! I need to find more info on spiritual attacks in the dream state, cause there are some nasty lucid dream walkers out there and i know I've not made a happy impression on them.... Especially the ones going around injecting something into the dreamers to keep them distorted, locked on lower levels of the dream state Seriously... DS9 and Voyager both have some food for thought on explaining what I mean, even if the episode isn't about dreaming... Though some are I'm rambling... Coffee hasn't kicked in yet
