The town of Warren was washed away in 1921, giving way to a present day Loch Raven Reservoir that would supply water to residents of Baltimore City and County. Warren residents were forced out and structures were dismantled, leaving only their successors to interpret what once existed beneath 23 billion gallons of water. The lost town.
