In some cases when its true ministry people are not entertained so they are not engaged. This woman is ministering and worshipping in spirit and in truth. Her annointing is speaking louder than her garment. We need more worship and praise dancers like her. No performance here!!! If one was blessed and touched by the Holy Spirit through her worship, then her assignment was for that one person. God bless her!!!
