Seit gefühlt einer halben Ewigkeit wollte ich von diesem Stück aus Herr der Ringe, "Concerning Hobbits", ein Video hochladen. Aber bei einer reinen Klavierversion hat irgendwas was gefehlt. Das änderte sich dann, indem ich Zugang zu einer Orgel bekam und entschied, das Video aus verschiedenen Teilen zusammenzusetzen: Orgel, Klavier und E-Piano inklusive Geigen und Orgel. Das passt thematisch unglaublich gut zu dem Stück bzw. zur Handlung von Herr der Ringe, bei der die Hobbits verschiedene Etappen durchleben, bis sie schließlich zurück im Auenland sind - hier dargestellt durch das Bild der grünen Landschaft und die Orgel, die am Schluss nochmal kurz kommt. Das Endergebnis des Videos gefällt mir ziemlich gut, aber vielleicht kommt auch mal noch eine Version von dem Stück an nur einem einzigen Instrument, mal sehen. Viel Spaß auf jeden Fall beim Anhören :D

I've wanted to upload a video of this piece from Lord of the Rings, "Concerning Hobbits", for what feels like ages. However, something was missing from a piano-only version. That changed when I got access to an organ and decided to put the video together from different parts: Organ, piano and electric piano including strings and organ. This thematically fits incredibly well with the piece and the storyline of Lord of the Rings, where the hobbits go through various stages until they finally get back to the Shire - represented here by the image of the green landscape and the organ, which comes in briefly at the end. I like the final result of the video quite a lot, but maybe there will be a version of the piece on just one instrument, we'll see. In any case, have fun listening :D
