When we talk about pregnancy, we break it down into trimesters: First, second and third. But what about the forgotten fourth trimester - when the baby is here and the mother is recovering from childbirth. An advert showing the raw and honest reality of this, which was meant to air during this year's Oscars, was recently rejected by TV network ABC, because it was deemed 'too graphic'.
