Thought your joan was a Geordie lass as they say ,, reminds me of my mum as she was from Blyth northumberland and my couldnt half cook bet joan can to, miss me ma five years this year that she passed..

Great Video Steve, always nice to see them Plop up on KZread! A Question to your Rig at 11:30. I noticed it in other Vids too, the Bait and the Hook can touch each other. A time ago i only used KD-Rigs with a short hair, but when i went on i got told that the hook needs to be apart from the bait so they couldnt touch, otherwise the hook couldn't work properly.

I've used the rig that way for quite a while now and it works fine - for me anyway. Everyone seems to have different ideas but there is no right or wrong way, just the way that suits you :-)

Amazed there's any carp left in the lakes in Poland. They eat everything here in my marina. 😡
