Hard to believe the world has gone crazy from political shananagans. This video gives me hope and sanity that things are still as they should be. Thank You for sharing Matt.

My travel-butt is developing an itch watching this. We absolutely love Namibia and have done the North to South twice now coming in from the caprivi........Kaokaland is my personal favourite....'humilitatis loco' the place of humility. Brilliant coverage and presentation...may Hermes accompany you...Prosst🍻

Thanks for the videos - in 2018 we toured Namibia (zigged up and zagged down) over the course of 23 days - what an experience - in a Toyota Etios 😂 We had a flat tyre in Walvis and just outside Sesriem a rock punctured our sump - but let me say the staff at the Main Road were incredible and we were back on the road in 2 days Take a walk to the canyon near the main camp - walk in the dry canyon - see the water line - then watch videos of what it looks like flooded

Awesome Matt This brings back some good memories from back in 2012, before youtube and drones were a thing. My Jeep Rubicon was only 6 months old, stock standard and we as a young family of 4 took on this exact trip with the inclusion of Zimbabwe. My trip report is probably still on the 4x4community forum called "Nam-Bots-we" With the world gone mad in the last 3 years I haven't looked into crossing borders again with all these insane mandates. Will look into it again to see if possible. If not, we will just have to do with our own little Namibia, The Tankwa Karoo.

How are you finding the corrugations? Our last trip to Nam destroyed a shock mounting traveling the same roads you are driving. The road was especially bad between Sossus and Swakop. Stunning country, breath taking scenery. Lekker travels.
