"The Lone Wolf"may be considered as the father (predecessor) of "The Saint" series starting fabulous Roger Moore. However nice episodes. Thanks for uploading.

Louis Hayward was the first actor to ever play The Saint. He was also the last until Roger Moore.

Excellent minimalist music theme and dramatis personae! Mid century modern day fare galore! Thanks! Post the entire series if you will. I'm immediately hooked on the series per sequelae 😢!

A good episode of "The Lone Wolf" with Louis Hayward. An added bonus was Barbara Billingsly in a different role than the one she did for so many years as the mother on "Leave It To Beaver."

Not now, Wally, I'm busy trying to figure out why Gus the fireman is running all over the place when he should be sitting down in a chair at the fire station whittling down a piece of wood with a pocket knife...

WOW, old Burt Mustin as a " baddie ", who would have thunk it? Or was he? I am so confused. And a Kaiser as a police car? Must be this model's only appearance on tv.

I agree. I adored him, but having a Dad that smoked quite a bit, and knowing his constant smoking in his films (except for the historical pieces) it was like being with an ashtray. But watching closely, he only took about 3 puffs a smoke. Killed him.

I used to have a co-worker that smoked quite a bit. Aside from really wrecking his teeth and I would guess his gums, I could often smell him coming towards me before I could see him...though it might have also been because his wife was a lackluster housewife.
