This iconic TV western stars Clayton Moore as the Masked Rider of the Plains and Jay Silverheels as his faithful companion Tonto.
RUSTLERS' HIDEOUT: The Vance family settles right in the middle of a war between the Madden gang and local ranches. Despite the hostility to Fred Vance over his past, he decides he will not be run on this parcel of land. The Lone Ranger believes in Fred's innocence, and asks him to help stop the ranchers riding into an ambush and then set a counter trap for the gang after rescuing the son of one of the ranchers being held hostage.

Late '40s, early '50s, greatest time to be a kid ever.
I truly love this show..the best ever hands down.. these two actors are lightning in a bottle..there will never be another Lone Ranger and Tonto these are the men that made this show great!!! 5 stars!!!
The Lone Ranger was a fabulous individual.
It was one of the best serial and Clayton Moore and Jay Silverheels the best two actors Who ever lived. Clayton Moore was the one and only lone ranger. The old serials are better than the serials today. In the moment it's all about Mutter, manslaught etc
Clayton Moore and Jay Silverheels are so underrated as actors. Very few actors could pull off that kind of dialogue convincingly, and if you doubt me watch John Hart fail hard when he tried to replace Moore.

John Hart's not a worse actor than Clayton Moore of Jay Silverheels, he just wasn't suited for the role of Lone Ranger. He played Hawkeye very convincingly

The radio episodes (gazillion years ago) after "Hi Ho Silver, Away" Tonto always says "Get um up Scout"

Why would the Madden gang be wanted for rustling the sheriffs did? Why were the sheriffs rustling?

Are those big letters written on the rocks at 2:37 and 3:40? I clearly see a lower case e as well as other letters.
