Jacob Tremblay, Daveed Diggs and Awkwafina chatted with Access Hollywood's Scott Evans about starring in the highly-anticipated retelling of "The Little Mermaid." The trio applauded Halle Bailey's performance as Ariel and explained how amazing it is to be a part of something so groundbreaking. Jacob also reacted to his character Flounder's new appearance in the flick, sharing, "I couldn't imagine (Flounder) looking a different way and I think he's adorable." Sebastian wanted to protect Ariel being a naive little girl who threw herself in a dangerous situation. He also had a job to do given that he worked for the king.
*groans* you people seriously think he looked cute? Flounder looked like nightmare fuel, Sebastian looked lifeless, and Scuttle isn't even Scuttle . Stick to the '89 classic

Worst live action remake ever.
I really liked Jacob, Awkwafina, and Daveed, what a great trio, they literally have the same chemistry as Scuttle, Flounder, and Sebastian in the movie 💛❤️🤍 I also really enjoyed Scuttlebutt
