Plot:
Ariel and her friends discover that Eric will be announcing his engagement to "Vanessa" (Ursula's alter ego) later that day. Ariel rushes to the engagement party, confronts Ursula, and breaks the shell. She gains back her voice, and the enchantment on Eric is broken. However, before they can kiss, the sun sets and Ariel transforms back into a mermaid. Reverting to her original form, Ursula drags Ariel back into the ocean.

Technically, it's not a wedding, it's an engagement party, they're not rushing into it the way they did in the original, probably thanks to Eric's mom!

Vanessa is Ursla
They could've mimicked the original scene though, that part was epic in the animated version. This part is though kind of disappoints because I feel it's missing a lot of action.
Vanessa is looks like Sofia Vergara
Vanessa is the best character in the little mermaid 2023
in is scene Vanessa is the only character in this live action version that matched the animated version.

Vanessa in the live action Little Mermaid looks a lot like Angelina Jolie when she looked beautiful and young.
My mother sings even better than the original Ariel. Erick was lucky

Proof that they just need to quit with these live action remakes. The Little Mermaid was my absolute favorite as a kid. I was excited about this till I watched it. It was just not great at all. They especially did Sebastian and Flounder the worst. And they made Ursula the evil sea witch to sexy for what she was supposed to be. And the CGI was just awful

Ursula is still the evil sea witch though 😭😭.. i do agree on the cgi as well,, it was bad 😭 like compare this cgi in movie to marvels movies
