happy to hear the Southern Avocas are still going strong and now 2 of the oldest around, i remember when they were 2 nomads and always going back and forth with the 3 young Tsalala male nomads chasing each other off carcasses for the left overs back in the day until a Majing male would kick them all out, i remember thinking that those 2 Avocas were fearless and would make it and hold a pride for sure so i'm glad they did and thrived!

Those chumungway (don’t know how to spell it any help would be appreciated thank you!) lionesses are smart. Any male that comes to them and they breed with all the males will think the Cubs are theirs. Even if rival males are heard roaring the males will fight one another and not focus their attention on the Cubs just the intruders. There was a tigress that did the same thing because she couldn’t raise her Cubs to adults so she tricked both males into thinking that the Cubs were theirs. She even spent time with both males. Sometimes a female has to do what a female has to do for the life of her babies

That is interesting they are back into to Kruger; that is good though as interesting as that would have been there would have been a lot of fightings and non stability. This also gives a chance for the 4 Kambula males lions still there to get stability and stay unlike their two older brothers. The the plain camp male lions still aggressive and in their prime and ambitious would have hurt the young lions.
